About This Role:


The Account Development Manager (ADM) develops, cultivates, and manages relationships within our customer accounts. The Data Operations Specialist is a critical member of Forrester’s data insights team. Data insights team members coordinate, execute, and analyze 40-plus mail, phone, in-person, and online consumer and business surveys in support of Forrester’s Technographics® product and its written and qualitative research. The Data Operations Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining survey data files as well as ensuring they are uploaded and functioning in several online platforms. This person is also responsible for cleaning data files using SPSS, including tagging and uploading Forrester’s survey data into a proprietary online survey tool. The Data Operations Specialist pays close attention to detail and can manage projects under time-critical business deadlines. The ideal candidate should be proficient with statistical software, such as SPSS and Excel, and has three to four years of experience with data collection and delivery techniques in either a business or academic environment.

Based out of New Delhi, the Researcher is a critical member of Forrester’s research team that creates, publishes, and delivers research and consulting services to help leaders with their most critical initiatives. We call these key initiatives playbooks; they follow a prescriptive and consistent approach to help marketing and strategy professionals discover, plan, act, and optimize

 

The Researcher plays a key role for the team in delivering our playbook research, client advisory and consulting, as well as our team’s events and coordination of internal resources. Specific responsibilities include supporting team initiatives and processes, such as survey management, event coordination, and social and community management; and working with the analysts to produce high-quality reports, presentations, and client advisory across our playbooks.
