    About This Role:


    Reporting to the global manager of contract and pricing administration, the Contracts Administrator will be an integral part of the contracts team and the finance department. He/she must be a highly motivated, detail-oriented, service-focused individual who works well in a team environment. The position will be involved in several areas of the contract administration process, including order creation, order approval, e-signature support, and document retention, as well as special projects as needed.


    • Audit and execute signed contracts against created orders in SFDC for all deals, including complex nonstandard deals; collaborating with sales reps and sales management when needed.
    • Execute order provisioning within Siebel for all deals where provisioning is applicable; collaborating with Product & Pricing when needed.
    • Ensure compliance of client contracts with internal business, finance, and sales policies.
    • Answer questions and requests and resolve issues from sales representatives and internal constituents about our order management processes, contracts, and contracts-related policies and procedures.
    • Maintain document retention within SFDC.
    • Provide dedicated DocuSign support to global sales teams.
    • Follow established instructions for routine work and detailed instructions on new assignments to enforce internal business, finance, and sales policies.


    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other related field. 
    • One to two years of finance/contracts and/or sales experience (a plus).
    • Detail-oriented and able to work under constant deadlines, with a strong service focus.
    • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and interact with all levels across a multicultural, global organization.
    • Excellent organization and communication skills.
    • Proficiency on a computer and with Microsoft Office and SFDC.
    • Demonstrated critical-thinking skills and proven ability to own the role in a team environment.
