    About this Role:

    The Senior HR Business Partner will support the European Leadership Team and with a focus on enhancing the corporate culture while providing coaching on strategic talent decisions to the leaders in Forrester’s businesses and functions. This person will operate as a local expert in close collaboration with both US-based HR colleagues and regional senior leaders to drive all areas of the employee experience, including talent and performance management, employee engagement, compensation planning, organization design, and change management.

    Responsibilities

    • Influence and coach EMEA regional senior leaders and their team members on their leadership and talent practices, with a focus on driving collaboration, alignment, and a mindset of doing what’s best for our clients and the company.
    • Partner with senior leaders to develop and drive the employee experience activities and processes that support business initiatives. Provide strategic and operational HR leadership on a variety of HR and business-related projects. Offer input on decisions that require sound HR practices and perspectives.
    • Collaborate with leaders to develop a regional workforce strategy and identify staffing needs. Advise leaders on organizational structure, headcount planning, and promotion/salary planning.
    • Partner with managers in EMEA and APAC on employee relations and performance management practices. Drive strategic growth processes within the organization, such as the talent review process and succession planning.
    • Review and analyze data related to employee headcount, terminations, on-boarding/ramping, and compensation to identify trends and recommend strategies for improvement.
    • Work with senior leaders and the performance, learning, and culture team to assess the learning and development needs of the organization and develop appropriate avenues to help the organization meet those needs.
    • Collaborate with all other employee experience functions, including US-based business partners, talent acquisition and total rewards, as well as with all finance functions to effectively and efficiently support the leaders and, ultimately, the employee base within their function.
    • Provide leadership and mentoring to the broad EX team in EMEA and APAC.
    • Act as a contributing member of the EX Leadership Team providing insights from EMEA and APAC.

    Qualifications

    • A B.A./B.S., with eight to ten years of relevant business partner experience in Europe.
    • A demonstrated record of success in partnering with the business to drive business results.
    • Proven success managing employee relations programs in Europe and Asia.
    • Ability to coach, influence and build rapport senior leaders.
    • Ability to partner without ego
    • Strong business acumen and the demonstrated ability to influence and execute on complex business initiatives.
    • Executive-level communication skills.
    • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and facilitation skills.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to think systematically.
    • Demonstrated project and time management skills, with an ability to set and maintain priorities to meet deadlines.
    • The ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, handle a multitude of tasks, and adapt to change.
