    About This Role:


    As part of Forrester’s continued success and growth, Forrester is looking for a new-business Sales Development Specialist to fuel further expansion. This role is part of new-business sales and reports to the European sales development manager. The Sales Development Specialist works with account executives to identify new opportunities within named accounts in the French region. The Sales Development Specialist works within a tightly defined sales process to ensure a consistent and unified approach to selling Forrester services. This is a high-volume activity environment that requires strong organizational capabilities, attention to detail, creativity, and a desire to work as part of a team. 



    • Achieve designated activity volumes (phone, email, social, etc.) to achieve meetings metrics.
    • Collaborate with account executives to sell/maintain relationships with C-level prospects.  
    • Understand the goals, objectives, and business initiatives of a targeted set of companies and the specific C-suite titles and organizational structures of those companies.
    • Use all communication channels available to engage with prospects, outline Forrester’s unique value proposition, and create sufficient interest to secure an introductory meeting with a Forrester account executive.
    • Perform name and organizational development at named accounts.
    • Develop an understanding of our clients’ business issues and how to articulate Forrester’s value proposition.
    • Understand the changing business and technology issues facing our client and prospect base.
    • Ensure all CRM account, contact, and task records are up to date at any given time.  


    • B.S. or B.A. or equivalent experience.
    • Fluent in French and excellent English language skills.
    • A proven ability to initiate, establish, and nurture meaningful business relationships remotely via email and over the phone.
    • Effective organization and time management skills.
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills.
