    About This Role:


    A global research and advisory firm, Forrester serves professionals in 13 key roles across three distinct client segments. Our clients face progressively complex business and technology decisions every day. To help them understand, strategize, and act upon opportunities brought by change, Forrester provides proprietary research, consumer and business data, custom consulting, events and online communities, and peer-to-peer executive programs.     Based out of Singapore, the Associate Account Manager’s core responsibility is to develop new contacts within large local and international companies. The key focus is to establish new relationships with existing and new contacts to drive revenue through a targeted approach. He/she will need to collaborate both internally and externally to position Forrester’s research and consulting offering to clients and prospective clients. 


    • Achieve (>) 100% of individual quota.
    • Maintain an appropriate sales pipeline to achieve quota and account goals.
    • Set and track regularly a weekly/monthly/quarterly goals and objectives and action plan, and maintain an accurate pipeline forecast consistently.
    • Develop a complete understanding of Forrester’s full array of product offerings and positioning.
    • Develop an up-to-date understanding of the changing business and technology issues and needs of assigned target segments.
    • Establish and maintain strong client relationships and satisfaction.
    • Maintain close collaboration with internal resources and ecosystem to adequately position Forrester as the strategic resource of choice.
    • Communicate professionally to both internal and external audiences.


    • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification with a minimum of two years of sales experience.
    • Proven success in client management or successful consultative or solution selling of information and/or professional services.
    • Effective organization and time management skills and impeccable written and phone communication skills.
    • A results-oriented team player with exceptional interpersonal skills.
    • The ability and willingness to make cold calls.
    • A fast learner who is at ease and conversant in leading-edge consumer advertising, marketing, and business technology trends.
    • Experience selling into large organizations and to senior-level executives (an advantage).
