About This Role:

The Associate Account Manager’s main objectives are to maintain and grow strategic relationships with a number of existing customers and drive client satisfaction with a key focus on selling additional services.

Responsibilities

  • Nurture and develop existing clients.
  • Generate incremental revenues from existing clients by selling additional Forrester products and services by proactively pursuing executive-level relationships.
  • Efficiently manage time to focus on activities that grow revenues and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain an appropriate incremental sales pipeline to achieve growth objectives.
  • Forecast accurately.
  • Use analytical skills to understand our clients’ changing business and technology issues and needs.
  • Have a depth of knowledge of Forrester’s research base and capabilities.
  • Develop a solid understanding of clients’ business objectives and challenges.
  • Work to develop and execute on account plans that position Forrester as a strategic resource.
  • Communicate professionally to both internal and external audiences.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven success in client management and complex solution selling.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple client relationships, achieving revenue goals, and managing sales strategies in a similar environment.
  • Effective organization and time management skills; impeccable written and phone communication skills.
  • A results-oriented team player.
  • Someone who is conversant in leading-edge customer experience, marketing, and business technology trends.
  • A fast learner who is at ease with technology.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Someone who is open-minded, high-energy, and has a positive, can-do attitude.
