About this Role:

Forrester is looking for a strong collaborator to join its email and demand generation marketing functions. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing well-segmented and targeted brand and lead generation campaigns in our marketing automation platform (Eloqua). The ideal candidate will have a track record of supporting successful demand generation programs with analytics, segmentation, email execution, lead processes, and reporting. This role requires a high level of technical aptitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage single-touch email sends as well as automated and multistage campaigns.
  • Build and launch HTML emails, landing pages, forms, and reports within the marketing automation platform (Eloqua), including templates for use by others within the marketing function.
  • Routinely analyze campaign effectiveness and execute testing to drive higher conversion rates, generate more leads for sales and product teams, and help fill the pipeline across Asia Pacific.
  • Apply market and customer insights to campaign planning to convert prospects into clients, drive ongoing client growth, and secure renewals.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or an equivalent discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in email marketing, account acquisition, lead nurturing, customer life-cycle engagement, marketing automation, and analytics, preferably with a B2B company.
  • Prior experience marketing to CIOs, CMOs, and the heads of business lines is a plus.
  • An understanding of and practical applications of Eloqua, including experience designing and implementing marketing programs and campaigns, emails, and landing pages (with working knowledge of hand-coding HTML). CSS knowledge is also preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a nice to have.
  • Great critical thinking skills.
  • The ability to interpret and apply analytics.
  • Someone who is persistent and tenacious in driving results.
